1۔اے خداوند!تْوں مینوں پرکھ لیا تے پچھان لیا۔
2۔تْوں میرا اْٹھنا بیٹھنا جان دا ایں۔تْوں میرے خیال نوں دوروں سمجھ لینا ایں۔
4۔ویکھ! میری زبان اْتے کوئی اجیہی گل نئیں جنہوں تْوں اے خداوند! پورے طور تے نہ جان دا ہونویں۔
7۔مَیں تیری روح توں بچ کے کتھے جانواں۔یا تیری حضوری توں کتھے پجاں؟
9۔جے مَیں صبح دے پر لا کے سمندر دی انتہا وچ وَساں۔
10۔تے اوتھے وی تیرا ہتھ میری رہنمائی کرے گا۔تے تیرا سَجا ہتھ مینوں سنبھال لووے گا۔
14۔مَیں تیرا شکر کراں گا کیوں جے مَیں وکھرے طریقے نال بنیا واں۔تیرے کم حیران کرن والے نیں۔میرا دل ایہنوں چنگی طراں جان دا اے۔
1. O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.
2. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
4. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.
7. Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
9. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10. Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
14. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
درسی وعظ
10۔اے رب! میرے اندر پاک دل پیدا کر تے میرے باطن وچ نویں روح پا۔
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
9۔ تے جدوں اوہ پار ہو گئے تے ایلیاہ نے الیشع نوں آکھیا پئی ایس توں پہلاں کہ مَیں تیتھوں لے لیا جاواں دَس کہ مَیں تیرے لئی کیہ کراں؟الیشع نے آکھیا مَیں تیری منت کرداواں پئی تیری روح دا دگنا حصہ میرے اْتے ہووے۔
10۔اوہنے آکھیا تْوں مشکل سوال کیتا فیر وی جے تْوں مینوں اپنے آپ توں وَکھ ہندیاں ہوئے ویکھیں تے تیرے لئی اینج ای ہووے گا۔ تے جے نئیں تے اینج نئیں ہووے گا۔
11۔تے اوہ اَگے ٹْردے تے گلاں کردے جاندے سی پئی ویکھو اک آتشی رتھ تے آتشی گھوڑے نے ایہناں دونواں نوں وَکھ کر دِتا تے ایلیاہ بگولے وچ اَسمان اْتے ٹْر گیا۔
12۔الیشع ایہہ ویکھ کے چِلایا اے میرے باپ! میرے باپ! اسرائیل دے رتھ تے اوہدے سوار! تے اوہنے اوہنوں فیر نہ ویکھیا۔ایس لئی اوہنے اپنے کپڑیاں نوں پھڑ کے پاڑدِتا تے دو حصے کر دِتا۔
13۔تے اوہنے ایلیاہ دی چادر نوں وی جیہڑی اوہدے اْتوں ڈِگ پئی سی چْک لیا تے اْلٹا پھریا تے یردن دے کنڈے اْتے کھلو گیا۔
14۔تے اوہنے ایلیاہ دی چادر نوں جیہڑی اوہدے اْتوں ڈِگ پئی سی لے کے پانی اْتے ماریا تے آکھیا پئی خداوند ایلیاہ دا رب کتھے اے؟تے جدوں اوہنے وی پانی اْتے ماریا تے اوہ ایدھر اْدھر دو حصے ہو گیا تے الیشع پار ہوئیا۔
15۔جدوں انبیا زادیاں نے جیہڑے یریحو وچ اوہدے نال سی اوہنوں ویکھیا تے اوہ آکھن لگے ایلیاہ دی روح الیشع اْتے ٹھہری اے تے اوہ اوہدے استقبال نوں آئے تے اوہدے اَگے دھرتی تیکر جھک کے اوہنوں سجدہ کیتا۔
9 Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me.
10 And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.
11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
12 And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.
13 He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and went back, and stood by the bank of Jordan;
14 And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where is the Lord God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over.
15 And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.
14۔فیر یسوع روح دی قوت نال بھریا ہوئیا گلیل نوں مڑیا تے سارے پاسے اوہدی شہرت پھیل گئی۔
16۔تے اوہ ناصرت وچ آیا جتھے اوہنے پرورش پائی سی تے اپنے دستور دے مطابق سبت دے دن عبادتخانے وچ گیا تے پڑھن لئی کھلوتا۔
17۔تے یسعیاہ نبی دی کتاب اوہنوں دِتی گئی تے کتاب کھول کے اوہنے اوہ مقام کڈھیا جتھے لکھیا سی پئی۔
18۔خداوند دا روح میرے اْتے اے۔ایس لئی پئی اوہنے مینوں غریباں نوں خوشخبری دین لئی مسح کیتا۔اوہنے مینوں گھلیا اے پئی قیدیاں نوں رہائی تے اَنھیاں نوں بینائی پان دی خبر سناواں۔ کچلے ہوئیاں نوں آزاد کراں۔
19۔تے خداوند دے سا ل مقبول دی منادی کراں۔
20۔فیر اوہ کتاب بند کر کے تے خادم نوں واپس دے کے بیٹھ گیا تے جنہے عبادتخانے وچ سی ساریاں دیاں اَکھیاں اوہدے اْتے لگیاں ہوئیاں سی۔
21۔اوہ اوہناں نوں آکھن لگیا پئی اَج ایہہ نوشتہ تہاڈے سامنے پورا ہوئیا۔
14 Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.
16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
13۔اوس ویلے یسوع گلیل توں یردن دے کنڈے اْتے یوحنا دے کول اوہدے توں بپتسمہ لین لئی آیا۔
14۔پر یوحنا ایہہ آکھ کے اوہنوں منع کرن لگا کہ مینوں آپ تیرے توں بپتسمہ لین دی لوڑ اے تے تْوں میرے کول آیا ایں؟
15۔یسوع نے اوہنوں جواب دِتا ہْن تْوں ہوون ای دے کیوں جے ساہنوں اینج ای ساری راستبازی پوری کرنا مناسب اے۔ ایہدے اْتے اوہنے ہوون دِتا۔
16۔تے یسوع بپتسمہ لے کے فی الفور پانی وچوں اْتے گیا تے ویکھو اوہدے لئی اَسمان کھْل گیا تے اوہنے رب دے روح نوں کبوتر وانگر اْتردیاں تے اپنے اْتے آؤندیاں ویکھیا۔
17۔تے ویکھو اَسمان توں ایہہ آواز آئی پئی ایہہ میرا سوہنا پْتر اے جیدے توں مَیں خوش واں۔
13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.
14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?
15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
1۔فیریسیاں وچوں نیکو دیمس ناں دا اک بندہ یہودیاں دا سردار سی۔
2۔اوہنے رات نوں یسوع دے کول آ کے اوہنوں آکھیا اے ربی اسی جان دے آں پئی تْوں رب وَلوں استاد ہو کے آیا ایں کیوں جے جیہڑے معجزے تْوں وکھاؤنا ایں کوئی بندہ نئیں وکھا سکدا جدوں تیکر رب اوہدے نال نہ ہووے۔
3۔یسوع نے جواب وچ اوہنوں آکھیا مَیں تینوں سچ آکھدا واں جدوں تیکر کوئی نویں سرے توں پیدا نہ ہووے رب دی بادشاہی نوں نئیں ویکھ سکدا۔
4۔نیکو دیمس نے اوہنوں آکھیا بندہ جدوں بْڈھا ہو گیا تے کیویں پیدا ہو سکدا اے؟کیہ اوہ دوبارہ اپنی ماں دے پیٹ وچ داخل ہو کے پیدا ہو سکدا اے؟
5۔یسوع نے اوہنوں جواب دِتا پئی مَیں سچ آکھدا واں جدوں تیکر کوئی بندہ پانی تے روح توں پیدا نہ ہووے اوہ رب دی بادشاہی وچ داخل نئیں ہو سکدا۔
6۔جیہڑا بدن توں پیدا ہوئیا اے بدن اے تے جیہڑا روح توں پیدا ہوئیا اے روح اے۔
7۔حیران نہ ہو کہ مَیں تینوں آکھیا پئی تیرا نویں سرے توں پیدا ہونا ضرور اے۔
8۔ہوا جدھر چاؤندی اے چل دی اے تے تْوں اوہدی آواز سن دا ایں پر نئیں جان دا پئی اوہ کتھوں آؤندی اے تے کدھر نوں جاندی اے۔ جیہڑا کوئی روح توں پیدا ہوئیا اینج ای اے۔
1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
1۔ایس لئی ہْن جیہڑے مسیح یسوع وچ نیں اوہناں اْتے سزا دا حکم نئیں۔
2۔کیوں جے حیاتی دے روح دی شریعت نے مسیح یسوع وچ مینوں موت دی شریعت توں آزاد کر دِتا۔
5۔کیوں جے جیہڑے بدنی نیں اوہ بدنی گلاں دے خیال وچ رہندے نیں پر جیہڑے روحانی نیں اوہ روحانی گلاں دے خیال وچ رہندے نیں۔
6۔تے بدنی نیت موت اے پر روحانی نیت حیاتی تے سکون اے۔
14۔ایس لئی پئی جنہے رب دی روح دی ہدایت نال ٹْردے نیں اوہ ای رب دے پْتر نیں۔
15۔کیوں جے تہانوں غلامی دی روح نئیں ملی جیدے توں فیر ڈر پیدا ہووے بلکہ لے پالک ہوون دی روح ملی جیدے توں اسی ابا یعنی اے باپ آکھ کے پکاردے آں۔
16۔روح آپ ساڈی روح دے نال رَل کے گواہی دیندا اے پئی اسی رب دے پتر آں۔
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
روح دیاں تِن وڈھیاں سچیائیاں،قادر مطلق،ہر تھاں تے موجود،علام الغیوب، ساریاں طاقتاں رکھن والا،ہر تھاں نوں پر کرن والا،ساری سائنس رکھن والا روح ہمیشہ ایس عقیدے توں انکارکردا اے پئی مادہ اصل ہو سکدا اے۔ایہہ ہمیشہ دیاں سچیائیاں رب دی روشن اصلیت دے طور تے ابتدائی وجودیت دا اظہار کردیاں نیں،جیدے وچ اوہ سب جو اوہنے بنایا اے اوہدی نیک سیرت دے پاروں واضح ہندا اے۔
The three great verities of Spirit, omnipotence, omnipresence, omniscience, — Spirit possessing all power, filling all space, constituting all Science, — contradict forever the belief that matter can be actual. These eternal verities reveal primeval existence as the radiant reality of God's creation, in which all that He has made is pronounced by His wisdom good.
حقیقی انسان دا سائنس دے پاروں اپنے خالق نال تعلق استوارکردیاں ہوئیاں، انسان نوں صرف پاپ توں دور ہوون تے مسیح، یعنی حقیقی انسان تے رب دے نال اوہدے تعلق نوں پاون تے الٰہی فرزندگی نوں پچھانن لئی فانی خودی توں نظر ہٹاون دی لوڑاے۔ مسیح یعنی سچیائی یسوع دے پاروں ظاہر ہوئی،بدن اْتے روح دی طاقت نوں ثابت کرن لئی تے ایہہ وکھاون لئی پئی سچیائی بیمار نوں شفا دیندیاں تے پاپ نوں تباہ کردیاں ہوئے انسانی سیّان تے بدن اْتے اوہدے اثراں دے پاروں ظاہر ہندی اے۔
The real man being linked by Science to his Maker, mortals need only turn from sin and lose sight of mortal selfhood to find Christ, the real man and his relation to God, and to recognize the divine sonship. Christ, Truth, was demonstrated through Jesus to prove the power of Spirit over the flesh, — to show that Truth is made manifest by its effects upon the human mind and body, healing sickness and destroying sin.
جدوں تیکر ہم آہنگی تے انسان دی لافانیت بوہتا واضح نئیں ہو جاندے، او س ویلے تیکر اسی رب دا اصلی تصور نئیں پا سکدے تے بدن اوہدی عکاسی کرے گا جیہڑا اوہدے اْتے حکمرانی کرے گا بھانویں ایہہ سچیائی ہووے یا غلطی، سیان ہووے یا عقیدہ، روح ہووے یا مادہ۔ ایس لئی، ”اوہدے نال ملیا رہ تے سلامت رہویں گا۔“ چالاک،سادہ تے چست رہوو۔جیہڑی راہ ایس فہم ول لے جاندی اے پئی کّلا رب ای حیاتی اے اوہ راہ سدھی تے سوڑی اے۔ ایہہ بدن دے نال اک لڑائی اے،جیدے وچ پاپ،بیماری تے موت اْتے ساہنوں فتح پاؤنی چاہیدی اے بھانویں ایتھے یا ایہدے توں بعد، یقیناایس توں پہلاں پئی اسی روح دے مقصد،یا رب وچ حیاتی حاصل کرن تیکر اپڑ سکئے۔
Unless the harmony and immortality of man are becoming more apparent, we are not gaining the true idea of God; and the body will reflect what governs it, whether it be Truth or error, understanding or belief, Spirit or matter. Therefore "acquaint now thyself with Him, and be at peace." Be watchful, sober, and vigilant. The way is straight and narrow, which leads to the understanding that God is the only Life. It is a warfare with the flesh, in which we must conquer sin, sickness, and death, either here or hereafter, — certainly before we can reach the goal of Spirit, or life in God.
ساکن ہونا تے درمیانی راہ اپنانا یا روح تے مادے،سچیائی تے غلطی نال کٹھے کم کرن دی امید رکھنا عقلمندی نئیں۔راہ اے پر صرف اک،یعنی،رب تے اوہدا خیال،جیہڑا روحانی ہستی وَل راہنمائی کردا اے۔بدن اْتے سائنسی حکمرانی الٰہی سیّان دے پاروں حاصل ہونی چاہیدی اے۔کسے دوجے طریقے نال بدن اْتے قابو پانا ممکن اے۔ایس بنیادی نقطے اْتے،کمزور قدامت پسندی بالکل نا قابل قبول اے۔ سچیائی اْتے صرف انتہائی بھروسے دے پاروں ای سائنسی شفائیہ قوت نوں محسوس کیتا جا سکدا اے۔
It is not wise to take a halting and half-way position or to expect to work equally with Spirit and matter, Truth and error. There is but one way — namely, God and His idea — which leads to spiritual being. The scientific government of the body must be attained through the divine Mind. It is impossible to gain control over the body in any other way. On this fundamental point, timid conservatism is absolutely inadmissible. Only through radical reliance on Truth can scientific healing power be realized.
جدوں انسان رب تے انساناں دے بارے چنگے خیال رکھدے نیں،تخلیق دے مقاصد دی کثرت،جیہڑی ایس توں پہلاں ویکھی نئیں جاندی سی،ہن ویکھی جاوے گی۔جدوں ساہنوں ایہہ احساس ہو جاندا اے پئی حیاتی روح اے،نہ کدی مادے دا تے نہ کدی مادے وچ،ایہہ ادراک رب وچ سب کجھ چنگا پاندیاں ہوئے تے کسے دوجے شعور دی لوڑ محسوس نہ کردیاں ہوئے،آپ کاملیت ولوں وسیع ہووے گا۔
روح تے اوہدیاں اصلاحاں ہستی دیاں کلیاں حقیقتاں نیں۔مادا روح دی خوردبین ہیٹھاں غائب ہو جاندا اے۔پاپ سچیائی دے پاروں ضروری اے،تے بیماری تے موت اْتے یسوع نے فتح پائی،جنہے ایہناں نوں غلطی دیاں شکلاں ثابت کیتا۔روحانی حیاتی تے برکت ای کّلے ثبوت نیں جنہاں دے پاروں اسی اصلی وجودیت نوں پچھان سکدے تے بیان نہ کیتے جان والے سکون نوں محسوس کر دے آں جیہڑا سارا جذب کرن والے روحانی پیار توں نکلدا اے۔
As mortals gain more correct views of God and man, multitudinous objects of creation, which before were invisible, will become visible. When we realize that Life is Spirit, never in nor of matter, this understanding will expand into self-completeness, finding all in God, good, and needing no other consciousness.
Spirit and its formations are the only realities of being. Matter disappears under the microscope of Spirit. Sin is unsustained by Truth, and sickness and death were overcome by Jesus, who proved them to be forms of error. Spiritual living and blessedness are the only evidences, by which we can recognize true existence and feel the unspeakable peace which comes from an all-absorbing spiritual love.
مادے دی حِس دا جھوٹا ثبوت بوہت چنگے طریقے نال روح دی گواہی دی مخالفت کردا اے۔ مادے دی حِس اپنی آواز نوں حقیقت دی شدت دے نال اْچا کردی اے تے آکھدی اے:
میں پوری طراں بے ایمان آں، تے انسان نوں ایہہ پتا اے۔ مَیں دھوکہ دے سکدی، جھوت بول سکدی، زناکاری کر سکدی، چوری کر سکدی، قتل کر سکدی تے نرم زبان والی کمینگی دے راہیں سراغ رسانی توں بچ سکدی آں۔ خواہش وچ جانور، جذبے وچ دھوکے باز، مقصد وچ چاتر، میرا مطلب پئی حیاتی دے تھوڑے جیہے ویلے نوں اک جشن بنادیندی آں۔ پاپ کنہی چنگی شے اے! جتھے نیک ارادے دی اْڈیک ہندی اے اوتھے پاپ کیویں کامیاب ہندا اے۔ایہہ جگ میری بادشاہت اے۔مَیں مادے دی خوبصورتی اْتے تخت نشین آں۔پر رب دی اک چھوون،اک حادثہ،رب دی شریعت کسے وی ویلے میرا سکون برباد کر سکدی اے،کیوں جے میریاں ساریاں خیالی خوشیاں خطرناک نیں۔پر میری بد قسمتی، اْبل دے ہوئے لاوے وانگر مَیں ودھدی واں تے سَوا کرن والی اَگ دی عظمت دے نال چمک دی واں۔
روح ایہدے اْلٹ گواہی دیندیاں ہوئے آکھدی اے:
مَیں روح آں۔ انسان، جیدیاں حِساں روحانی نیں میرے ورگا اے۔ اوہ لافانی سیان دا پرچھانواں اے، کیوں جے مَیں لافانی آں۔ پاکیزگی دی خوبصورتی، وجود دی کاملیت، نا مْکن والا جلال، ایہہ سب میرے نیں، کیوں جے مَیں رب آں۔ مَیں انسان نوں لافانیت دیناں واں کیوں جے مَیں سچیائی آں۔ میں ساریاں نعمتاں شامل کردا تے دیناں واں، کیوں جے مَیں پیار آں۔ مَیں، ازل تے ابد توں بغیر، حیاتی دیناں واں، کیوں جے میں حیاتی آں۔ مَیں سب توں وڈھا آں کیوں جے میں سیان آں۔ مَیں ہر شے دا مواد آں، کیوں جے مَیں جو آں سو مَیں آں۔
The false evidence of material sense contrasts strikingly with the testimony of Spirit. Material sense lifts its voice with the arrogance of reality and says:
I am wholly dishonest, and no man knoweth it. I can cheat, lie, commit adultery, rob, murder, and I elude detection by smooth-tongued villainy. Animal in propensity, deceitful in sentiment, fraudulent in purpose, I mean to make my short span of life one gala day. What a nice thing is sin! How sin succeeds, where the good purpose waits! The world is my kingdom. I am enthroned in the gorgeousness of matter. But a touch, an accident, the law of God, may at any moment annihilate my peace, for all my fancied joys are fatal. Like bursting lava, I expand but to my own despair, and shine with the resplendency of consuming fire.
Spirit, bearing opposite testimony, saith:
I am Spirit. Man, whose senses are spiritual, is my likeness. He reflects the infinite understanding, for I am Infinity. The beauty of holiness, the perfection of being, imperishable glory, — all are Mine, for I am God. I give immortality to man, for I am Truth. I include and impart all bliss, for I am Love. I give life, without beginning and without end, for I am Life. I am supreme and give all, for I am Mind. I am the substance of all, because I am that I am.
ابدی سچیائی اوہنوں برباد کردی اے جیہڑا انسان نوں غلطی توں سکھیا ہوئیا وکھالی دیندا اے تے رب دے پْتر دے طور تے انسان دی اصلیت روشنی وچ آؤندی اے۔ظاہر کیتی ہوئی سچیائی ہمیشہ دی حیاتی اے۔ بشر جدوں تیکر ایہہ نئیں سکھدا پئی رب ای واحد حیاتی اے، اوہ غلطی دے عارضی ملبے، پاپ، بیماری تے موت دے عقیدے وچوں کدی باہر نئیں آسکدا۔ بدن وچ حیاتی تے احساس ایس سمجھ نال فتح کیتے جانے چاہیدے نیں جیہڑی انسان نوں رب دی شبیہ بناؤندی اے۔ فیر روح بدن اْتے فتح مند ہووے گی۔
The eternal Truth destroys what mortals seem to have learned from error, and man's real existence as a child of God comes to light. Truth demonstrated is eternal life. Mortal man can never rise from the temporal débris of error, belief in sin, sickness, and death, until he learns that God is the only Life. The belief that life and sensation are in the body should be overcome by the understanding of what constitutes man as the image of God. Then Spirit will have overcome the flesh.
سیان بدنی حِساں دی مالک اے، تے بیماری، پاپ تے موت نوں فتح کر سکدی اے۔ ایس رب دے دِتے ہوئے اختیار دی مشق کرو۔ اپنے بدن دی ملکیت رکھو، تے ایہدے احساس تے عمل اْتے حکمرانی کرو۔ روح دی قوت وچ جاگو تے اوہ سب کجھ جیہڑا چنگیائی ورگا نئیں اوہنوں رد کر دیوو۔ رب نے انسان نوں ایس قابل بنایا اے، تے کوئی وی شے ایس قابل تے طاقت نوں وگاڑ نئیں سکدی جیہڑی الٰہی طور تے انسان نوں دِتی گئی اے۔
Mind is the master of the corporeal senses, and can conquer sickness, sin, and death. Exercise this God-given authority. Take possession of your body, and govern its feeling and action. Rise in the strength of Spirit to resist all that is unlike good. God has made man capable of this, and nothing can vitiate the ability and power divinely bestowed on man.

فرض لئی چْستی
ایس چرچ دے ہر رکن دا ایہہ فرض اے پئی اوہ ہر روز جارحانہ ذہنی صلاحواں دے خلاف اپنے آپ نوں تیار رکھے، تے رب، اپنے قائد تے انساناں لئی اپنے فرضاں نوں نہ کدی بھْلے تے نہ کدی نظر انداز کرے۔ اوہدے کماں دے راہیں اوہدا انصاف ہووے گا، اوہ بے قصور یا قصور وار ہووے گا۔
